Terms of Service Welcome to Perfectly Maid, a comprehensive cleaning services provider based in Sutton West, Ontario, Canada. By accessing our website and using the services offered by Perfectly Maid, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service. Please read carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a user of our services. #### Service Agreement By scheduling and utilizing any cleaning services provided by Perfectly Maid, you acknowledge and agree that these services are intended for residential and commercial properties within the areas serviced. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning solutions according to the specifications agreed upon with each client. Any changes to the scope of work must be discussed with our customer service representatives prior to service delivery. #### Payment Terms Clients are required to provide accurate billing information up front. Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept two forms of payment, including cash and other electronic means. Invoices unpaid within 7 days from the billing date may incur a late fee. In the event of non-payment or dispute, Perfectly Maid reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until resolution is achieved. #### Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment are requested to contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service charge. This policy ensures fair treatment for both clients and our cleaning professionals who take pride in adhering to pre-set schedules. #### Liability & Insurance Perfectly Maid operates under full compliance with applicable health and safety standards to ensure both staff and client safety. While we take every precaution in managing our service delivery, we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or improper use of cleaning products outside our specified handling instructions. For claims related to damages incurred during service execution, clients must notify us within 48 hours following completion. By continuing to use our services, clients consent to these terms which foster a trust-based relationship aimed at achieving outstanding cleanliness results tailored specifically for every property serviced.
